Our Townhouse was built in 1863 and gives a warm and traditional welcome with modern and stylish décor with a coordinating colour palate throughout.  This townhouse is comfortable, quirky and offers independently rated 4* luxury.  Centrally located we help to create the perfect Town and County combination stay by giving you full amenities and access to all that the Peak District has to offer.  See our page on Reasons to Visit Leek for more information.

We have three bedrooms, one King and two Doubles giving space for 6 people plus an infant in a cot bed.

In true Townhouse style, the house has three floors...  

On the Ground Floor there is a Living Room with Corner Sofa, Banquette, Coat and Shoe Rack, 43 inch Smart TV with Chromecast and Coffee Tables.  The Banquette has games, books and toys in, as well as being a lovely window seat.  Whilst you may prefer to make use of the many pubs, takeaways and Restaurants nearby, the Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook for 6.  It has a large oven and hob, Convection Microwave, Toaster, Kettle and Dulce Gusto Coffee Machine and a Washer Dryer.  There is all glasses, cutlery and plates for 6, plus a range of children's bowls, plates, cups and cutlery.  There is a Fold-out Dining Table and chairs for 6. There is also extras such as cling film and foil, sandwich bags and a spice rack. From here is access to an enclosed courtyard with rattan and glass table and chairs for 6 and faux plant wall social background.

On the First Floor is the Master bedroom with a King size Bed, Desk and Chair and a cupboard housing Iron and Ironing Board, Highchair, Cot Bed and Mattress and Wardrobe hanging.  There is also a hairdryer and straighteners, with plugs near to mirrors and smart lighting for ceiling lights and lamps, meaning you can control all the lights without getting out of bed. Then a large luxury Bathroom with stunning Roll Top Bath, separate Shower Cubical and WC.

On the Second Floor is 2 further double bedrooms with attractive exposed beams, each with a Double Bed, Desk, Hanging Space, Hairdryer and Straighteners, with plug near to mirrors.  The Ceiling lights in both rooms are smart lights, meaning they can be turned on and off without getting out of bed.
